KJM Capital is a private equity firm unlike most others. Formed in 2014 by Kenneth Meister, the firm is focused on acquiring private companies with EBITDA of $3 million to $10 million. We will consider underperforming companies with revenue of $20 million to $100 million if the company can demonstrate the ability to generate expected levels of profitability. Our advantage over other firms is in our strategy to provide significant operational, financial and IT support following the closing of a transaction. While the typical private equity firm provides capital to acquired business and general oversight, KJM Capital does that plus provides daily involvement in the support functions of the business to allow the company to implement growth initiatives and improve the customer experience.
